In 1971, LCWO was established as a nonprofit, nonsectarian corporation with the sole purpose of educating and enabling adults with disabilities in Lewis County, Washington, so that they could prepare for the future and find their place in our community.
We have continued to offer vocational and educational training in our wood shop since its birth. These days you can find us at our saw mill working with adults with physical and mental disabilities to create handcrafted treasures for you and your family.
By supporting Lewis County Wood Works you are helping to develop skills in individuals who are often forgotten by society. We take pride in our hands on approach to ensuring everyone is able to live a self-sufficient life of meaning and pride.
